Smaller teams who don't generate significant traffic are best suited to the Free plan. Larger teams with more traffic should consider the paid plans, with the Pro tier intended for large teams requiring priority support, SSO, and customisation.
We'll get in touch with you to suggest a plan upgrade. If you don't upgrade, you won't be able to add any new work to your workspace until the next month begins.
You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations and downgrades will be processed at the end of each billing period.
